The Intersectorial Flood Network of Québec (RIISQ) is a platform of exchange and integration that bring together all governmental actors, socio-economic partners, as well as social, scientific, technological, medical, economic and political researchers, to improve Quebec’s ability to get better prepared and protected against floods. RIISQ is therefore an inter-institutional, multi-communities and intersectorial network, created to build a society that is more resilient to floods in the context of climate change.
